Action Learning and PLATO in SE

Action Learning Sets available to business leaders

The Leadership Academy, a project funded by HEFCE and SEEDA aims to provide support to business leaders during the recession.

We have funding to facilitate 10 Action Learning Sets for anybody involved in an organisation at managerial level or above, and based within the South East.

Benefits of Action Learning:

  • Action Learning can enable business leaders to:
  • learn from successes – and failures
  • plan and make important changes
  • increase interpersonal skills
  • value personal skills and experience
  • understand and accept strengths and weaknesses
  • deal effectively with the effects of stress
